So many times since our last post here.

So many things happen !!

However, our civilisationnal exchange is still on going ... we've been together to Normandy.

It was just after a shooting by S*** : during this shooting he learnt a lot of "bad words" in French... and for the rest of the week end he spent all his time shouting to everybody "Oh t'es un connard toi" or "Bordel, couillon"

Great time anyway...

We spent one week end in Clermont Ferrand for the 28th international festival of short films.

The festival was great - as was the city. Hence we can list here a few hints for those who want to visit Clermont Ferrand :

- never try to have a brunch on sunday before 12:00 AM ;
- always have good shoes in winter if you do not want to be obliged to abandon your shoes in the snow and to be the only one in socks in the festival ;
- do not be too selective if you want to by shoes in Clermont-Ferrand. Fency brand of japanese shoes could not be found there ;
- take your time to walk through the old city by night - it's realy beautiful even if it's cold outside ;
- don't forget to lit up a candle in Clermont-Ferrand Cathedral and to make a prayer.

And don't forget to come back for the next year festival.

Vichy, where S lived for several months, and that's the first french city where he has been. He can clearly remember everything in that city.Just coz there was a Short film festival in Clermont Ferrand, in this occasion, we decided to go back to Vichy, to this city in S's dream.

It was snowing when we arrived there, in V***. Snow on the ground, snow in the air, snow everywhere. The statues in the park were half recovered by snow ... and during our 1h walk through the city S's feet began to be very cold. As a consequence, S's talks became more and more focused on a few subjects like "My feet are cold", "The snow is so wet" "Why are you unable to choose a place for a dinner quickly" and "C'est nul la France, il fait froid" ("Wheather in France is not so bad compared to wheather in Beijing").

Fuck G, I'll tell the truth to public,the last sentence in french means" The fucking wheather in France is so boring!". But whatever, i like the city covered by snow, just like the World of Nania, i like this city, it's soooooooooooooooo sentimental. And we had a dinner in a restaurant where, at the end of the dinner, we can write a sentence on the wall. And S wrote his signature so that all the peoples can remember him as a big  Chinese film director.

We decided to go east. To Germany. S. was affraid because he has never travelled before and was very shocked when he discovered that he didn't understand anything what people were saying. G said to S that he speaks german, but the first night when we were in a german restaurant; he could't read the menu, that unbelievable guy.

OK. Just to say that during this trip we talked a lot about European language and how they all come from the ancient "Indo-European" language. We also had of discussion about many things...

And yes, this trip was great because it began in a wonderful manner. Our first night we were in Strasbourg, sleeping in the flat of the very good friends. Many thanks to them.

- german train
- german train station in the middle of nowhere and german train schedule
- german elevator
- alsacian cathedral and the meaning of their sculptures
- Baden Baden spa
- a rocker bar
- a ruined castle
- german McDonnald's

We also discovered that we liked to take artistic picture of everything ... artistic, huh, or maybe picture which could well fit into an artistic project. Maybe that blog is one of them ;-)
